Randy Goodman

Randy Goodman

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, and a graduate from University of Cincinnati with a B.B.A., Goodman joined the recycling industry in 1989. Working for 12 years for Central Metals in Georgia, Goodman got the chance to work in most facets of the business. During that time, Goodman was active in the Southeast Chapter of ISRI and Georgia Association of Recycling Industry, where he served as president. When the now-defunct Recycling Industries closed, Goodman’s next chapter was with Hugo Neu Schnitzer joint ventures, where he handled sales of all nonferrous metals. Goodman became very active in ISRI, on a national level, serving as chair of the Nonferrous Division, Trade Committee (x2), and Nonferrous Specifications Committee (x15), as well as serving on ISRI’s Board more than eight years and Recycling Research Foundation’s Board for more than ten years. Goodman has always been active on the international side of ISRI, dealing with both China and India. Randy currently works for Greenland (America), Inc. and is based in the Atlanta area with his wife, Felicia and son, Jonah.
